Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
2. Exchange Policy for Disputes
Products purchased from Ravya may be eligible for exchange within 10 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The received product(s) differ from the original order.

Anything is missing from the package (such as price tags, labels, or original packaging).
If you receive a damaged or incomplete package, please email clear images of the outer packaging and product to ravyahpk@gmail.com before discarding the packaging, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
3. Reporting a Dispute
To raise a dispute, please email photos of the defective or incorrect item to ravyahpk@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp/Call at +92 314 8989077 within 3 days of receiving your order.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and Ravya will make every effort to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
Once the dispute is verified, we will either:

Issue a replacement product, or

Provide a store credit/coupon equal to the product’s value, redeemable within 60 days on Ravya.pk.
Please note: No disputes will be entertained after 3 days of delivery.
4. Customer Responsibility
The buyer/customer is solely responsible for:

Ensuring that all purchases are made in good faith.

Carefully reviewing all product details before confirming the order.

Making accurate product selections (style, size, color, etc.).
5. Data Privacy & Communication
By shopping with Ravya, you agree that we may use your personal information (such as name, email address, contact number, and postal address) for:

Creating your Ravya customer account.

Contacting you regarding order confirmation or delivery issues.

Verifying your age and identity for online transactions.

6. Payment Policy
We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in PKR or USD (or any other agreed currency).
When making a payment, the details you provide are transmitted directly to our payment provider through a secure, encrypted connection using SSL technology.
Your card information is not stored on our servers.
7. Fraud & Security
All orders are subject to verification. Ravya reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or does not pass payment authorization.

Ravya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
