Exchange Policy
Products purchased from the Ravya Online Store are eligible for exchange only through our online platform.
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

No exchange will be accepted unless:

An incorrect item was delivered, or

The product is faulty/damaged upon arrival.
