Expected Delivery Time
📦 Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days (after order confirmation)
✈️ International: 6–10 working days (after order confirmation)
Note: During sales, promotions, or high-order periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Address Modifications
Once an order has been placed (whether Cash on Delivery or Prepaid), address changes are not allowed.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

🇵🇰 Within Pakistan: Call Courier / BlueEx
🌍 International: DHL / FedEx / SkyNet
Orders placed Monday to Saturday are prepared within 2 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
In rare cases, processing may take longer due to order verification or peak-hour delays.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at your delivery address.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details (please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive it).
Shipping & Customs Duties
🌍 International Orders:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, parcel weight, and dimensions.

Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country’s authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
🇵🇰 Local Orders:

Free shipping within Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
Order Cancellations
Orders paid via credit/debit card or online payment go through a standard fraud status check.
If marked as “failed” or unauthorized by the payment processor, the order will be automatically cancelled.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will make up to 3 confirmation attempts.
If the order remains unverified, it will be cancelled.
Customers can also request cancellation before the order is processed or shipped.
Ravya reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
